Lead, Serve, Transform!

The Society Shapers Network (SSN) Fellowship is a 2-year full-time leadership program for youth from rural Madhya Pradesh committed to driving positive change in their village and 15–20 surrounding villages. Fellows will develop Gram Vikas Samitis of 15–20 volunteers in every village, identify issues, and ensure lasting change. Fellows are expected to coordinate with district and local officials on behalf of villagers and create lasting transformation in the community. Fellows receive a monthly stipend, intensive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and multiple networking opportunities.
